High-risk sex offenders will be restricted to living in state-run accommodation facilities under a bill approved by the Cabinet on Tuesday.
The Ministry of Justice has introduced a draft on a Korean version of the Jessica’s Law of the United States to contain repeated sexual crimes and grave sexual predators.
Sex offenders will be forbidden from living near locations where children are commonly present if a proposed law is passed.
